Drogo's ASA 1000 GTC.
1959 Giotto Bizzarini developed a small engine with 850cc for Ferrari
and with this "854" named engine they built the "Ferrarina" prototype,
basing on a Fiat 1200.
In 1961 a new car with this engine was presented in Turin under the name "Mille",
because Bizzarini had changed the engine from the original 850cc to 1000 cc.
It was designed by Bertone (Giorgetto Giugiaro).
Later this project was bought by Nicolo de Nora, son of an industrialist
in Milano, who presented the car in 1961 under the name "ASA 1000 GT".
Only 100 of these cars were produced from 1962 to 1967.
