Maserati Tipo 61 Birdcage
This exciting car was built by Drogo on a Tipo 61 Birdcage
previously bodied by Gentilini and Allegretti.
Masten Gregory and Casner won the 1000 km of Nürburgring and Rouen
with that 3000cc 6 cyl.
A Drogo Maserati?
I just found an advertisement of Autoputer Inc. in Florida,
that appeared in the german mag "Motor Klassik" end of 1988.
They offered a "1968 Maserati Ghibli", an ex-Shah of Persia-car
with a special design.
I am not sure but this car's body could be made by Drogo.
I tried to ask this company, but I cannot reach them.

Five years ago this Drogo Birdcage badly beated a 250TR in a parallel race in Bologna Motorshow. Now the car is owned by Sig. Panini in Modena, who acquired the former Maserati factory collection.
